Clover, with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC. She provides individual counselling, couple’s counselling and family counselling. She has experience working with adults, teens, and children. She works with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, and relationship and all kinds of life changing difficulties. Clover creates a safe space for clients to explore deeply about themselves, build confidence and self-esteem and pursue personal development. Her practice is balanced the focus of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT) with a gentleness of Person-centered approach. She has completed the level 1 and 2 training of Gottman Method that has proven effectiveness in enhancing couple’s relationships.
